Okay, I'm in the Adratena Dome. I'm done with the splitting up into teams part. I beat the robots after the cave...What next? I'm roaming around the lab and I have no clue what to do next. Does anybody know what to do next?

Do you mean the robots in Nef? If so, go back down one screen and follow the path to the right. Defeat the evil flower and you will see a ladder behind it. Go up and into the cave.
