I can't find the treasury room. I have the pendant and Julian is dead, but I still can't find it

Go to the place where Luci and Sarah had a drink. Go upstairs near the chef. It's the room of meditation. Go to below room. There's a pillar at the center. Press enter in front of the wall below the pillar. Welcome to the treasury room. Make sure to check torches as well as they give Tara stats.
