and if there's an available thermal suits in lf2 and where can i buy it?man cauls are strong they always the first to attack in the battle and most of it inflict paralysis in my all characters!

Thermal suits can only be bought in LF1, chapter 3 I believe. Possibly LF3 as well, but that wouldn't help you any. I believe Askhbar was immune to most of the status effects in that place, so using him may be a good alternative. Otherwise, just having stronger armor and tanking the damage is how I usually went about navigating that place.
