i went there but i see a lady when i talk to her she says

then marine says 'where is that weaponsmith ?'

Do you have Jack in your party?Make sure he's in the party and talk to the old woman again.

I'm having the same problem as Millenium. I've even tried staying at the inn again to see if the weaponsmith turned up after but no luck. 
Jack's in my party and the elder has told us to get the weapons.

I think that I have Jack in my party, but I don't see him with the others ... and I always stay with the old lady w/o finding the weaponsmith !!! - what can I do ? please, help me !!!
