Have freed all prisoners, killed orc boss, but can't get on lift. Any advice?

I found one orc I hadn't killed, finally was able to use it. Thanks for posting reply!

In that room, if you click in the left hand upper corner, it asks if you dare use dynamite. If you say yes, hard battle with multiple enemies. Two set of them but you get a pretty good item if you win.
