I can't find Tibert Anywhere!!

I have looked in all the houses,,I have looked in every tree on world map and in town.

Tibert seems to be MIA....am I missing something or do I have a glitch?

Now I am getting frustrated

I have checked all floors of all the houses...Jack has been in my party the entire time....Still no Tibert.

Is he hiding...I must be missing something..no one else seems to have had a problem finding him. Or else I have a glitch in my game.

Did you rescued him in Orc Fortress?

LOL...I am getting SO confused

I thought I needed to talk to him before I went in the orc fortress.

So I need to rescue Tibert in the orc fortress ...then talk to him in town...then get toolbox in hungrey cave???
