I've searched everywhere and I can't find them I'm still at our dear wendie chapter.

I can't find them either and I don't want to go on because you miss the quest with catching the bird if you do. The quest for Isabelle's children stays though. I checked it with Luci's party as a test and it is still there. But catching the bird is gone.

And how do I get this quest? Really, finding quests isn't the easiest thing to do at times, which is partly why I mostly just get them from the Fighter's Guild and the Magic Guild. (Would also do Square Tower, if the bridge to it hadn't been removed in LFIII.) So again, how do you get this quest?

You get them from the front desk at the Magic Guild.

You have to complete the Crazy bird quest in Wendala's chapter or it goes away.

How can I catch the bird?

No one has figured it out yet. There are three threads on the bird. I have started leveling up my characters in the hopes that one of them will get high enough to get the bird. I'll let you know.

Do you have to catch the bird in order to find Isabelle's children? If so they are lost forever as far as my game goes.

Uh, i found them completely by accident, seeing as I could never get the quest to register on my questbook.

They're on the basement of the silver eagle fortress, where coryool found the beer. Only, you need to go back after you do the rest of the other stuff, apparently. I was looking around for trapped chests and stuff I forgot right before resting to start the invasion...it's only one kid that you see though, the rest are hidden or whatever

I went back to this area and this time I had the all important Seiman for getting the chests and Brussian for perception.

The 8 children are definitely there.

Oh why's seiman good for chests? Because his hp or does he disarm them??
