I'm in Metrolia with Luci, Coryool and Guanidia and the guide says to unlock the chest before you sleep, but I can't find it? When I go back upstairs, the colors of everything changed and the chest is gone. Any ideas?

It's a bug, it's supposed to be fixed in the most recent version.

it is fixed indeed but this chest is optional.

I can't get to this chest. I downloaded the most current version and there is no entry to chest. Clues/hints/guidance appreciated......

On the way up to the library, on the left side, there is a small wooden chest that is locked, I opened that chest. I didn't revive Marion, I think some of these chests need her telekenesis to get. So I'm out of luck on those. If you bring Marion back there later you can probably get it.

The key you get in the basement before you sleep opens the chest. Even if you revive Marion, she lost her telekinesis spell somewhere in the Hall of Madness (I'm assuming) and so she can't get those chests. I think many of the "unreachable" ones are spoilers.

I have the latest version and still could not get back to the chest. The guide tells you to collect the missing page and then go downstairs (and to get the chest before you sleep). I did it that way, but Luciana will not go back down to where the chest is. I reloaded and went downstairs to get the key and go unlock the chest BEFORE I collected the missing page. So either the guide is wrong or there is still a bug.

Replay that save, I think you trying to get the wrong chest. The screen before the library entrance, at the bottom left is a locked chest the ivory key opens it, and you need to open it before you get the missing page. And look up the little path above it for a chest hidden in the blackened area only the edges show. There is another hidden chest if you go back over the bridge check all the blackened areas on your right side I think right side from where the well is located same thing only the edges show.
