is it a bug or what

ohkay im really confused..im where luci random lot get energy crystals and then it goes to Coryool..their when he explores the camp,he founds joshoa and hebert,and random and luci start talking when they are not even in the party,and then screen cuts and when i go towards fortress to fight there is a wall which will not let me go and i cannot even go to the left path.and when i go back there is walz standing their and when i talk to him he asks me if i want to go back,and noww random and luci are in my party....Godd what's happening?was not i suppose to fight to fotress guys and Coryool and wendi lot suppose to meet up and join parties?please help i dont want to go further if its a bug.reply me ASAP.thnx in advance

indeed it's a bug yet an old one. i recommend you reload your savefile while still in the pyramid and use this version of the game instead:
