Posted: Mon Oct 04, 2010 9:53 pmMost of the time, some of the characters will have some kind of adverse condition after returning from the Institute caused by the cold.
Broff for example will be in Ice Jail status. And some will be in shrinkage status. Just get into a battle. I go into the sewers under the headquarters and let everyone fight once and all are back to normal.
