I have no idea when this happened or why.
Every other keyboard command key works fine.
The enter key works in all other programs, as it worked each time I used it while writing this post.
Because of this I am unable to make any new purchases.
Does anyone have a work around that I could try?

Where exactly does this happens? Are you talking about entering the key for LF3 to cancel the one-hour limit of demo version?

I tried to forward my plimus receipt to the email shown in your post. However it was rejected. I am sending from a gmail acct. is it possible your spam filter rejected it or am I doing something wrong.

Should I try sending just a regular email containing my order number?

Ok so I can admit it.... I am a blond. The 3rd forward from me is the correct receipt. I hope.

I dont think we are on the same page. It is NOT my license key I am having trouble with.

It is the Enter key on my keyboard that wont work suddenly. The key used for an action. when I am trying to buy an item after determining the quantity I would then hit my enter key to make the purchase. Or when speaking to a character i would walk up to them then hit enter to initiate the conversation.

All should be fine now.
