I have rescued Wendala from Mrs Balfory after getting a letter for Random to meet outside but how do I get her to Demetrio"s and the slave place?

Talk to him with only Random and Wendala in the party. Equip the Duke's Monocle to get more money from the sell, he will say that he will contact you. Continue with the game until he contacts you.
