all characters are exhausted but i don't get Game Over Screen

Did they die in battle all at once?
Cause if you put dead characters in your party outside of a battle or kill them with spells like Werewolf Bite I wouldn't be surprised to get such a window.

they die and when i used the item which was i forgot the name but if i remember correctly
12+HP(ALL DEAD MEMBERS)i get a Game Over screen.

You need to explain exactly what happened if you want me to figure it out.
