I just completed the Hall of Fire. The only way I could complete the final boss battle was to have Wendala cast Night Watchers on the team and then slog it out in a really long fight. Victory ... eventually.

Now I have 3 characters who are healthy but have 0HP. I've tried potions and staying in the Inn but nothing works.

How can I get my characters back to full operating health?

Forget the above, problem solved.
Used Necroleech and voilá they all got HP back again.
I didn't think of doing that before because they weren't technically dead. Doh!
