I hate bosses that is almost impossible to beat, and I hate even more when it's part of the story.

@ds........yes I played vagrant hearts 1 and yes I got my dragon from that one but I was hoping there was one to get here that I might of missed.

Whoa! I completed the game. I will tell you now "level up". When Del fixes the problems in Snow Desert and The Plains I'll download and play again.

Punkinthekid what is your problem, you download VH2E.exe and Used my savefile, didn't you. What do you mean you can't do anything. PM me with problem see if we can't figure out what you are missing.

I was to great plains, I think that I searched all over that place but nothing.

Oh, and Great Plains has the same lagging problem as the Snow Desert.

Found, finished the game.

Now to my review.

Story: The story was nice, speaks about revolution like the first game, but of course, it's not the same thing. The story is full of action, great conversations and all, but the typos bothered even I, and I'm not so good at english. I loved the entire thing about Scarllet's gift and the spectres things, the ''betrayal'' that happened and some new characters that loved some old characters. This is what I like more at Del's games, he focus more on the characters, and we get to know very well their likes, dislikes, feelings, perspectives and standpoints.

Graphics: The graphics were good, I loved the new portraits of this one, especially Cajmar, Celia, Vylma and Elatha and the title screen were amazing. The mapping of this game were also good, but it wasn't very well spent. The majority of the places of the game were too linear and the bigger places like Snow Desert and Great Plains were only a wide area where you just had to walk.

Gameplay: Gameplay was simple. Everything you expect in a RPG Game, I liked it, so... I don't have much to talk about it.

Music: Since Dark Souls II, Del's games had been improving a lot in musics. Vagrant Hearts 1 and 2 and The New Queen had the best musics of all the games that Del has created. So, what I have to say about the music is one of the best that I've heard.


To finish, Vagrant Hearts 2 is a good game, but it had too many flaws like excessive boss battles, excessive linear dungeons and excessive typos. I don't know if I would play again. But I recommend to download the free trial and play.

i have just escaped from the tower (after beating tigris, and scarlett being taken)and returned to the ful qa tribe where they say i must go to the temple of eternity but, when i say im ready it sends me there but just with 1 character (beatrice,and there is no one else around to recruit)and there is no way i can do that alone surely???? what did i do wrong
if this is a bug is there any who has a save file from that point?

I had the same thing happen to me too, but I ended up walking around to the different shops again and then went back to the room to rest and headed back to the meeting area again. From there, I went to the room they send you out from and my party was with me. And since I'm a chicken one...I always save before taking a leap anyplace or into any room It helps when I want to get back some crests to put on my new party. (yeah, I've had to go back a save many a time because i sure could have used a particular crest in the next place, so I've tried to save when I think I'm gonna meet the final battles before morphing off someplace. As for the save file, sorry...I over-saved it as I moved on.

I had Scarlett and Beatrice up into the 30s by then. Since the rest of the party constantly changes, they were normally below all that. Most of the places you've been to can be returned to. I've used the desert, that tower and temples to level up the quickest for whomever or whichever party I had. Hope this helps.

@Del - Finished and WHEN IS THE NEXT PART COMING OUT!!!!! Will we get to see Gauly again???

I knew it, and Del said that it wasn't him. Gauly was my favourite character since Dark Souls. However his artwork was a little strange lol

Well I don't remember any Black Scepter? group in Dark Souls, but it surely was our Gauly and I liked this artwork rendition...was like a new haircut just like Marine

What I do miss is a questbook and knowing HOW MUCH HP our opponents had Enjoyed being able to save all over the place. Whew, it saved my bacon many times But I would have loved to have "Judgment" as something Scarlett learned at a certain level instead of as a crest. I was looking high and low for that and it was the last thing to find sneaky, Del, real sneaky, but I got it for Scarlett anyway

Now...when can we expect the next part?????

Haha, Gauly was very cool. But I wish that he would have spells, Dark Spells.
