A trainee spy races from a powerful vampire mage, in a bid to stop the world being plunged into eternal darkness.

Before his untimely death two hundred years ago, the evil sorcerer, Mordred Darkthrop, created two opposing magical orbs - the Orb of Darkness, and the Orb of Light.

Unwittingly stolen by Mel, a young thief, and placed into the hands of Gyendal, a vampire who calls himself the Lord of Twilight, the Orb of Darkness is about to be used to plunge mankind into eternal night and slavery. Mel, a descendant of Darkthrop, is the only one who can activate the orb.

She is also the only one able to stop the Lord of Twilight's evil plan.

Mel's life has been turned upside down. She has joined forces with an unusual band of friends, as she races to find the Orb of Light before the vampire lord succeeds in fulfilling the Darkthrop prophecy.

I looovvvveee this game, only one pet peeve, as I entered the Elven Kingdom, it surprised me to see the statue of Lionel, the Elven King. We returned him to his former self already in earlier Aveyond game (Rhen's adventure). Is there a purpose to this slip-up or was it just a rush to finish, forgetting the smaller details? If it an oversight, can we get a patch on that or would it screw everything up?
Thanks for another great game, this one having the pizzazz missing from the 1st installment, not that it wasn't great, because it was, but this has more bite to it lambchop...

I agree with you vodunlady! And when we touch the statue the same old statement appears: "If only they knew this was the real Lionel frozen" or something like that. Come on! Are they going to keep freezing the poor Elf king?
Nevertheless, the game is really great! I'm so addicted to the story, that I'm using the goodies caves (shame on me) just to reach the end faster and to know what is going to happen!
Afterall, Aveyond's strong part was never the fights, but the plot.

Is there a walkthrough for Aveyond 3-2?
If there is, where can I go to get it?

will you do another great walkthough or will we need to get the guide from big fish. i love your walkthoughs cause i can print them out to use with the guide it takes much more paper and ink to do so because of all the maps besides your's are better. thanks

So far, one of my favourite Aveyond Games (The third series so far. ^^)

i have played the whole of the Aveyond series now, all the way through. Just going for the second time now, but the saved gave from Aveyond 3 Lord of Twylight is not showing up at the startup screen for Gates of Night.
As far as I am aware it should appear as an option to load saved game. All I have is start new game?
Anyone got any idea where the saved games are stored on the PC, and how to get this sorted?
