How can I get the Nantachrilis Lance?

You only have one chance to get it. On your way to Kondler for the first time you end up on the "Place in the Sea". It's there, but if you didn't collect it then, you can never return, so I'm afraid you've lost it.

I was there and tried every one of my players and couldn't pull it out.

I believe that Random with good stats should be able to do it. Boost him as much as possible, try inflict some stats for Strength, such as Flesh Hunting or Zombified, and you'll be fine.
