Ok i found the secret guild and got one of the quests done but cant figure out the

Buy 99 of each item at the item shop to the left of the guild (on the nent screen). When you give them to him they stay in your inventory and you can go sell them and get some of your money back.

I got the 99 item quest done, im stuck on the one where he asks for his lost item and says somethingabout being cold.

Did you get his favorite word? I did. Maybe the item is something in what he says or what his friend says.

The word can't be more than 10 letters including spaces. I tried a few and Yveen Water which cures cold won't fit. The last letter won't go in the menu.
Still trying though.

I too did not figure what item he is missing. something cold or another. I tried thermo suit but no good.
