Empty House in Mystrock Territory

What's with the Old Chimney [secret?] in the Empty House in Mystrock Territory? I can't find any goodies or actions in it. It looks like it has an old lift and a jail in it.
Addendum: Oohhh - I just found the empty garden, too!

In the empty house, you can click on the windows to find some orbs. I also noticed one in the water and get a hand symbol on it, but can't get it. Is there a way to get it?

You'll probably get it in MM4 or MM5. You couldn't get to the Mystrock Territory in MM1 and could not solve the mystey in MM2 and MM3.
