Ok,i leveled everyone up to the max and am now ready to go to the showdown.I just want to finish quest 2 and 3.

Quest 2:I got the quest with Salome's party,i fed Bluey all the crab i had,which didn't make him happier,and then entered the Ancient Cave.
Quest 3:I got it with Salome's party but then i entered the Ancient Cave.I found the settlement/animal king with a different party.

Now i have 99 crab in my inventory but i can't interact with Bluey and the guy that gave me quest 3 has disappeared so i can't finish the quest.What did i do wrong?

I never got to trigger a quest #2 at all! +::O_o

What would that have been?

As for #3 seems that's time limited. I also forgot to report and can't finish it now.

In Western beach there's an area where you can walk down and enter a new screen.There's a woman there that gives you quest 2.

As soon as you can enter Western Beach, yes! +::Thumbup

And they're both time-limited by the way.

I understand now that they are time limited but why did i fail quest 2 in the first place?Should i have given him 99 crab meat?

I just checked out that place on the western beach. I feel so stupid. How could I have possibly missed that? I HAVE been there, I remember the place. I just didn't go all the way south until the place where the woman is. And I thought I was exploring thorougly! +::Annoyed

Yeah, but still ....
Although - in this game the quests weren't really important at all. And I don't mind too much having missed so most of them.
What irks me more right now is that after the Pit of Infinity the priestess won't promote anymore! +::O_o

As usual I've been waiting with the promotions so I can do them with the best possible stats. In previous games that might not have been useful as it won't carry over to the next game anyway, but I though this time it sure might be for the showdown. And now I have to go without! +::cry

Unless I can still promote elsewhere, that is.

Well you can promote them whenever you want, it doesn't affect anything you know that right? When Marine is Level 20 let's say she has 200 HP. Wild Goose gives her 130% Hp so she would have 260 HP. Then when she leveled up let's say she gains 10 HP. But then she would gain 13 HP per level up, because of the promotion.
