Wow... this really came out of left field for me...

I would have thought the next Laxius game would be next to come out, but I guess not.

From what I see, this game follows the battle style of "The Timely Intervention" with the bonuses of "Tale of the Common Man" very closely. Can't wait to try it!

Legendary all the way! Although I sort of wish the old "more bonus bosses at higher difficulties" from Millennium would come back.

Enjoying it greatly. The story & writing, the battles, the attention to detail, great maps. Cassi, you really need to play this one.

What a wonderful game, and I am so glad that Gemelle is part of it again - love the games that involve Kes.
Great to see that I can choose visible encounters, because I really dislike not being able to see what's coming at me. And the graphics, story and characters are really well done. A must-buy for me.

I've spent five hours with the game so far (defeated the Kathex right now).

It's an awesome game! +::YAY

Somehow, it reminds me the original Laxius Power a lot - the most of all the other Aldorlea games! Obviously, no Random is there. But the quests, the exploration, battles and rewards...

The gameplay and dungeons feel very smooth and balanced, the battles are enjoyable, and every new spell or equipp can be clearly felt (I play on Legendary). Brilliant dialogues, too.

I finished the game today after marathon playing throughout the weekend. I agree with everything Tomas said, but would like to emphasize that the character development throughout the story was just so much fun, not only the light-hearted bantering, but also the maturation of the characters. I was especially fond of Kris. Some of the dialogues were just hysterically funny. Truly an enjoyable experience.

I've finished it too. I agree with both Tommas and Lady JJ. Of all the Gemelle/Kes games, this is the best.
I did it with Bard/Warrior. I'll do it now with Acrobat/Guardian. I expect it will be a very different experience.
