"Shadows & Lies" is the upcoming game from Aldorlea, to be released... soon.
For the 4th time, Indinera teams up with Kes of Gemelle Games, following the releases of "Undefeated", "The Tale of a Common Man" and "A Timely Intervention".

So, any teasers? I'm the Trickster after all.
First of all, let’s meet the first 2 characters in the game.

Eldan is a man of contradictions. He is gentle, but also formidable. He likes order, but thrives in chaos. Someone who always has a back-up plan. You might notice his right hand. He lost it as a young man (people don’t like to ask how, but you will find out) and now has an iron one. Yes, you got it – the iron fist in the velvet glove!



Then we have Dathan. He takes great pride in his appearance – he has never knowingly passed a mirror without checking himself out. He loves attention, applause is his life-blood. He’s going to go through a lot of changes, though sadly for him, not of his clothes.

I really liked the three other ones, so looking forward to this one!

They're only fancy as long as they're trendy I guess.

The way I read the comment is that he won't get the chance to change them, so perhaps they get dirty or worn out. If, as it says, he takes a lot of pride in his appearance, he would be sad about that.

Someone who cares for their appearance often like to follow fashion, so maybe he won't be able to do that if more urgent matters arise.

And I don't know what's wrong with Dathan's clothes. They're fancy!

Dathan is a "Dandy" and if he cannot have fancy clothes he will not go out in public!!!

I am really looking forward to a new game! I enjoyed your earlier collaborations with Kes, hope this is just as good or better.

I'm glad you enjoyed them. I'm biased, I admit it, but I think you will find this to be better. At least, I hope so!

To me it's among the best, altho I have a soft spot for Common Man.

Will there be 5 characters in the party again?
