I am having trouble with acronymns used in this game, I have not seen them before, and can't find a place to look them up.
Stats: TP
Equipment:
PHA
EXR (experience?)
FDR
CNT
REC
MRF
DEBUFF

If I'm not mistaken, this is in the guide.

TP: tactic points, it's to perform skills (the same way MP are used to perform spells).

PHA: Pharmacy, to get more heal from items
EXR (experience?) YES lol
FDR Floor Damage Rate, when the floor damages a character, this modulates the damage
CNT chance to counter a normal hit
REC Recovery, how you heal
MRF chance to reflect magic
DEBUFF when a skill can debuff an enemy, this modulates the chance of success

Actually, EXR is not experience (accronym EXP), but Experience Rate - i.e. how fast the character gains experience.
The more the better, the "default" value is 1.0

Yup, default EXR is 100%.
Which means you get 100% of EXP from enemies (normal value).
If you have EXR at 110% it means you get 10% extra from each enemy killed (so you level up faster).

OK. Thanks, guys. I looked to see if the guide was free. It wasn't, but the sample guide had the terminology list. So that was a good tip too.
