Quest #7

So ... after not having played any RPGs in almost two years I thought I'd give this one a try.
I'm still playing the demo and despite running back and forth, talking to people again and again and checking everything numerous times I can't trigger #7.
It's been mentioned in the thread that it's kind of tricky, but I couldn't find any solution. So please, how can I get this one triggered?

Hi, welcome back, I'm happy to see you, even more so because I truly hope this year is going to be the "Laxius" year, and I thought this might interest you maybe.

As for SQ#7 it is indeed a tricky one...
Spoiler: show
... mostly because you can't first get it and then solve it like most others, it gets added and solved immediately, when you report back the completion of SQ#6 to Abdul AND if you already have tickets for departure.

Thank you, but dang.
Once I've bought the tickets I can no longer rest at the pub. So buying them as late as possible is the most logical thing to do.

We've been waiting for LS very long. I'm certainly interested, but also a bit hesitant. I'm not particularly fond of the way games work with this engine.

Side view battles? Or something else?

No, I don't mind those at all. What I really miss though is the Rush button. I do like to just attack in order to charge the TP, and that's pretty tedious. Enter - Enter - Enter - Enter - Enter ......
And that's the whole thing. Everything takes so many clicks (or buttons) to get there. Saving for instance requires 9 button pushes.
I don't like the inventory. Yes, in older games it used to get really full, but I always knew where to find things and I was much faster browsing through it than now. Yes, I can still see all the items at once, but in a tiny window and only one column.
I find equipping characters annoying - having to open a separate menu for every piece of equipment. More clicks.
And same for buying equipment. Seeing the stats of only one character at a time means more click, click, click to browse through them.
I guess you can get used to things, but I'm just not a fan of this system.

I agree

Although the new engines opens up for new possibilites in gameplay and graphics, I find these features that Cassie mentioned very annoying, the lack of Rush button is the only thing I can tolerate without being too bothered but the equip menu, stores, saving and the items requiring a lot of clicks bothers me a lot.

I'm using MZ now, you'll tell me if that's better.
For FoHe I used MV boosted with Yanfly's series of scripts (because as usual the default RM is lame lacking about everything).
But I agree Yanfly's scripts tend to over complicate everything, it's quite true of the saving system for instance.
So this is what you get to choose from: completely barren or overloaded...
But I hope things will improve with MZ.
In NOTS you do have a sort of rush button with just keeping ENTER pressed launching all the normal attacks.
