so i finished the game got it setup for new game+ load the new game+ file and nothing carries over, my lvl is 1, my stats are base, my items are gone everything, so what exactly does carry over in a new game+ aside from getting to pick my beginning party what else is there.

Aside from picking your party you get to pick a few among the relics but that depends on the difficulty mode you chose. The easiest mode gives no bonus iirc.
