that's exactly what it is about... and more (but i wont spoil the more!)

also the game rewards generously exploration and doing sidequests

This is a lot. I guess the playtime will be much more than 30 hours for "perfectionists".

Oh, lovely... many many secret rooms, and many side quests. Those 2 things I like the most in games.

Then you should be happy with it, especially considering it also has visible enemies.

Many heroes to find, and many different types of rewards. Boosts, items, stuff like that, sometimes even unique items.
