I'm missing a legendary hero from Saint Town/Saint Tower. I think it's Cybel. Has anyone found her?

I'm pretty sure she's in the Magic Village. You have to complete the Missing Children's quest first. I believe she was just walking around in the back row.

If Cybel is the cat from Sylia, then she is in

a secret room in the Sage's tower. I forget which floor in the tower, but it is in a SE corner of the room.

That's where she is, but her name is Katie.
