If you need 3 AGI boost (to cross the bridge) can I use for example - 1 energy potion (AGI) and 2 exsotice banana?

I mean to use the permanent item? and if so is 1 will do the job?

Permanent items will not help. The game checks specifically to see if you have used boosts. You have 2 options:

You can find 2 more Energy Potions in a Secret Room not that far away on the 'proper' path, giving you the 3 you need,
or
You can use 2 Energy Hexacrystals. These are healing items, but if you check the description, you will see that they also give an AGI boost.
