Just looking for a 'Yes, you're okay to continue' answer or a 'No, don't kill Zeryon yet' answer. I found the 3 girls (and I think I found another earlier that I may have to go back to find) and Sandy and Wendie beg Louthros not to leave the girls behind but to bring them to safety. Louthros says he will, but only after they kill all the shrine baddies. But immediately after I kill Zeryon, I am immediately transferred to a camp cutscene and then to Random and Luciana at the Guild of the Absinthe. Am I supposed to go back to those 3 girls (and maybe a 4th) or is that something that's happened 'behind the scenes' so to speak?

You save 3 girls from the cells ( the one requires a key ) and the woman's daughter who gives you the quest. Personally, when i did all that, nothing else happened. We didn't get the girls with us or something. I think the important thing is to unlock the third girl from the cell.

Thank you. I did save Tamara's daughter Ellis and I was able to leave the shrine by the front door and return Ellis to her. I didn't get a reward, Tamara said she had nothing else, that thieves had stolen everything, so no reward except for the Tyrion Rapier that she gave when Louthros accepted the quest. Louthros then advises Tamara to travel 6 miles southeast/southwest/some direction anyway where there's a hamlet and they'll be safe. Luci thinks there might be a kind man under all that hard demeanor after all and both she and Sandy get a few seduction points.

But... not so much with Darlene (who is now free to leave but she says she's too afraid to leave) and the other 2 girls with her. Did you just continue then and were able to get a quest complete on that job? I did see a post asking about who is better to report it, Random who got the quest or Louthros who actually freed the girl. Fingers crossed I'll be able to get a quest complete down the road.

it was me who asked if it is better to report it with Louthros while in the last visit to Azan andi personally intend to do this to see if it affects the outcome..

But I still don't have an answer to my question. Can I just proceed with the story, leaving the 3 girls behind in the unlocked cells, or am I supposed to return to them and get them out of there somehow?

Yes, you can leave them.
As long as you spoke to 1 of them, and then unlocked Darlene's cell, it's done.

Yes, you can leave them.
As long as you spoke to 1 of them, and then unlocked Darlene's cell, it's done.

No problem. From what I've seen, all similar things are like that.
If the heroes "promise" to come back, it's safe to assume they will.
