I'm stuck in the MSI on my second visit. Luciana says I must talk to all the others and I do including Sarah. I go back to deluxe rooms and Random is no longer there. I talk to the three in the deluxe rooms (Coryool, Zelina and Wendala) and when I talk to Coryool I am speaking as Random, not Luciana. I try to exit the rooms but once again I am talking as Random who says he has to see Sarah but Sarah is not there. There seems no way out. I reloaded from a savefile before I entered the MSI but same result. Help!

Have you both just come from the forest infested with insects? Baretta met your party (Zelina, Sarah and Nash) there to bring you to MSI? That's where I am now, ready to leave the forest and enter MSI. This is my second playthrough, the first was rushed through the main story only. I didn't have any such problem my first time. If you can verify this is where you are, I'll get back to you in a bit to see how I made out. I'm fairly certain I have the latest download, though there isn't always a notification that a new version replaced a bugged older version.

I still have the original download. Yes I have just come from the forest of insects.

I have to put this aside until later this evening, but this is what I've done so far. Made it to the MSI and after a L-O-N-G cutscene, I am now walking around as Luci. Random, Coryool and Wendy are in the MSI Deluxe Bedrooms area. I think Zelina is there too. When I speak to Coryool, I speak as Luci. I can leave and travel around the MSI as Luci. I went to the area beyond the gym and below the music stage and Sarah is there wishing there was a pool there. I ran into Nash somewhere along the line. I haven't seen Baretta. I returned to the deluxe bedrooms and spoke to Random again. I had thought that at this point, gameplay would transfer from Luci to Random, but, nope, I'm still Luci. I suspect I may have to find Baretta and then return to Random.
If I try to leave the institute, Luci says she likes it better inside. I'm not getting a message about having to speak with everyone. Can you tell me where you've gone and to whom you've spoken thus far? Are you still Luci walking around? If so, try talking to Sarah on Lv2 again. I think you go up the main wide stairs, then around to the right and up a wide set of stairs again, but that's from memory and mine gets worse each week. <sigh> If you see the gym on the lower left and the music stage on the upper right of the map, you'll know you're on the right level. It may be that the game thinks you're Random even though the sprite is still Luci, and the game is waiting for Random to talk to Sarah. Definitely a bug, but perhaps a bug that's been fixed. Something to try anyway while you're waiting for a better answer.

EDIT-If you decide to download a newer version, do not load your MSI save. If there was a bug, you'll just bring it along. Instead, load your game just prior to exiting the insect-infested forest. Again, this may have nothing to do with there being a bug, but just to be safe.

I expect the answer is to download the newest version. When I came back from speaking to Sarah and went in the deluxe bedrooms, Random was no longer there and after that there is no exiting the bedrooms.

It's working now. I downloaded the latest version and that fixed the problem.
