PLEASE HELP WITH NASH CAVE

In the Gray Cave, I have found five secret rooms: One in a cavity in Gray Cave proper, three in Danger Cave (behind the shrine, sword and black hasm) and one at an outside area with a waterfall! I lost track of their numbers, however, and I think I have missed one sixth SR. Does anyone know?
