Morning y'all

I was wondering about this skill. I see it has 8/8 uses instead of 3/3. But I also noticed that there is no counter with the amount of times used (60, 70, 100, 250). Does this mean there is no bonus after 60 uses?

It's because it's a skill tied to the use of the weapon (gun) of the same name.
