Type error

When in the Tube, I was attacking a group of three scorpions (this has also happened before I reinstalled the game) when i got an error thus:
TypeError
Cannot read property 'id' of null

I have to close the game and reload. It is locked and I am not sure, but I don't think I can do anything else to be able to continue from where I am. Any thoughts?

BTW - I am using V2 as loaded from the Aldorlea site

Can you please send me your savefile? I thought the latest version did NOT have that glitch.

I have that error as well and I just downloaded the game this week from steam. Is the version there not the latest one?

For some odd reason there was always a persistent problem with that part. I did try to fix it just today though, if you can update the game and see if it helps.

So, is the error only for that section of the game? If I pass the area would it go away?

I am only asking as I don't think there was any updates avialable for the game today.

It's only in the Tube with the scorpions, as far as I know.
