Heartbroken


was driving down the street
in an old car of Latin;
when all of a sudden i saw a lady
dressed in black satin.

my heart went crazy,
everything seemed hazy,
I am not lazy, but
the woman's name is Daisy.

Huff and Puff and Huff,
i followed her on my car:
what seemed like a mile
Nay! i had only a little smile.

But when I approached her from the front,
i gasped at what i saw, for
the lady was not human, she
was just a robot; made in Japan.

a new poem on clouds

CLOUDS

Clouds are far away,
yet it seems so near .
my heart wants it close,
as if it is dear.

beacon of hope it is,
floating in the heavenly abode,
makes me wonder what it truly is;
only a simple cloud, or
truly something else?

white clouds give me hope,
and dark clouds give me rain,
it also gives me an opportunity
to simply write a poem on them.
