How can I take the doom armor off Random?

I put the doom on Random's head & his body, I need to change him the new armor but I could not remove.

Please tell me how..

There are a few people in the game who can "exorcise" your cursed items, thus allowing you to remove them. For example, the priest in Rillia can do this.

Another way is to go to your house in Rilla and check the bookcase. It removes all your equiptment to tell you what you have!

And the third option is present in the Halls oof Maddness. There's a priest there too who can perform exorcism on you.

Where can I find this Priest at the Hall of Madness?
This is my 2nd time on the game and I forgot about the Doom Equip.

The priest is down in the Manor of Fools where there's also a save rabbit and an inn! He's down at the bottom of where you come in and is the right hand guy.

Glad to help! I'm finally back in the Hall of Madness too. Working on the maps there.
And trying to level up at the same time! Just as much fun the second time around!!

Boy do I wish I had bought some holy powder before going into witchwood. Is there any weapon or armor
I could get in Rillia for Random that prevents cursed status? It's annoying how often he winds up cursed ...
seems one of the effects is he gets little to no exp after a fight if still cursed.

I had been hanging onto various armors and weps for just that reason, and finally got tired of carrying so much
inventory Now I'm wondering if I sold something I should not have.

I do know I regret selling off some stuff before activating the fairy vendor in Rillia.

I answered my own question about the armor to prevent curse on Random. Soul shield covers it nicely.
