find silly elf:
you need to find sarah who you just talked with.
go back to your hut (in the woods)
then:
go left to where there is a turquoise lake
go down - you are now in the woods, follow the path to the right, you'll find her

Try getting back to the hut.
If you are stuck, press S and see what you should do to carry on the main quest
