every time sarah has leveled up, it only states that she acquires strikes, but she has that skill already, so she didn't get any new skill

It could be a dysfunctioning in the levelling system... which level is your sarah?

my sarah is level 53, is it the right level to finish hall of madness?
i play the easy mode though
and for other character, how many level should they advance before they acquire a new skill (in general)?

in general i'd say most get their finals at lv60 - but there are certainly exceptions.

i'll look into the striker glitch, i have an idea why it is reappearing - it's not very important though, as you do keep the spell.
