How do I open the middle door in the mansion?The one who Random says is "tightly locked".

Defeat the elder ghost in the party room beyond the right door to get permission to pass the living door, got in there and look around a bit, talk to people, one of them will give you a clue about a lever that will open up another path in the room, that leads to where you'll get the key.
