OK, so right now I'm on 3rd floor, and I believe I've explored everything, and now I just don't know where to go next or what to do. I found the statue with the message about the light and a broken tile (I found the tile too), I found and switched a lever, and I've also found a broken lever. Now I'm just cluelessly going around in circles (leveled up a lot due to it ). As for the broken tile, I don't know what to do with it... I tried stepping on it and pressing Enter, but nothing.

Another question: is there any way to re-return to the Catacombs after leaving them? I forgot to buy restoratives and now I can't win over Uzair... Do I have to restart the game?

I don't think you can leave the Catacombs once you enter, at least not without losing Baretta. It's usually a good Idea to save in a different slot whenever you enter a new area, because there are a couple places where you'll be cut off from town for a while and may need to backtrack.

Waaaah! Oh well, I'll restart it then.
