i saw a fairy in marlon's hq selling nirum boots. i opned the buy window but i didn't buy. i exited but the fairy is never back. i can't finish the nirum equip quest.please help

Sorry to say the Fairy only appears once and disappears once you leave the store.

well the fairy is kind of "testing" you and wants to test if you are able not to miss your chance so... +::Dunno
