Poison?

I have a big problem I got that "poison thing"(to the pig?) but everyone who has joined the team since then keep being poisoned.. If I move the ring of purity then Random gets sick instead....

Is it the game or it is just suppose to do that?
VERY anoying, started over from the begining just to get those quest´s I failed or missed.
Is there is a bug does anyone know how to fix it?

it's "just" the reeker bulb, get rid of it if it annoys you too much
