Have missed out on so many side quests due to not have the luck ring & the pheasants hat.

Can someone please tell me where they are.

I dunno the pheasant's hat. But I think there are 2(?) places you can get the Luck Ring. First one is in Chapter 1 in the Ruins of Metrolia,2nd one is in Chapter 4,reward from Alise Tournament.
