What is it? It's in Tyrine...and Louis is in the party, but does he have to be?

I believe the guard that shows up there is triggered by donating to the town hall. The money you donate to the town goes towards paying his guard duty salary.

If you are waiting for Louis to join so you can have him donate instead; I believe that method should still work. I always just donated myself though.

i follow the walkthrough and it says..you can donate but later louis will donate with his own money.
