i guess this old brain has lost it but i do not remember baretta's shop went tothe transport as in walkthrough but when i click next it does nothing but give you the same screen guess this 72 year young brain is starting to go

You can't get to her shop from the start. You have to do some quests for the Fighter's Guild in Adretana first. Then talk to the guy there about a reward and he'll tell you that from now on you can get to Baretta's shop.
Then just talk to the guy at the Southern Transport and he'll ask you where you want to go. Choose "Other places" and then Baretta's Shop.

thank you very much went to back of lists starting with posts page 15 and found one about certine way the cquest in chapter 4 worked and printed it out like i said getting younger by the day agin thanks for the reply now to find fighter guild again woodman

The Fighter's Guild is in Petro District. After the entrance of Adretana go right.
