Is the volcano responsible for the rain

Laxius Force Quest.
When I talk to Rebecca I can not find the Hint option to get the map to Mount Galohr, or if there is another way to get there. I'd be very grateful for any help.

I think that it's a matter of completing the quests she gave you before, did you completed? Learnt spells with her?

If you are having problems with the Mount Galohr side quest, here is a possible reason.

Spoiler: show
You must talk to the king about the "Rain" topic and then collect your reward.
Only then will the trigger set for talking to Rebecca at the guild so she offers you a map (you also need Sarah in the party before going to the volcano).
If Rebecca is talking about Imps, then the trigger has not been set. You can easily be involved in multiple quests at this point and lose track of what you are doing.
