I would like to know if there are places in the game you can't go back to at some point? (Center of the world maybe?) Please tell me which ones if it's the case.

You can't go back to inside the flying machine, so if you go there, make sure to find the magical room there

You can't go back to the center of the world either. And you can't go back to Hyperbole Cave and Edelweiss Cave after you go to the center of the world and leave. You can enter Hyperbole Cave and exit as you need until you go to the Center of the World.

You can leave Asguaard Castle and go back to the rest of the places except the ones mentioned and return to Asguaard Castle.
