Hi all,

I downloaded the game and now would like to purchase it, so I can play it. The problem is when I get my credit card number in, it keeps saying that the number is not correct. I tried it with spaces, dashes and grouped together as one number and still the same message.

I would really like to know is how do you enter your credit card number?

Examples: 1234 5678 9000 1234
1234-5678-900-1234
1234567890001234

Which is the right way?

1234567890001234 is correct way, no spaces, dashes, whatever, only the numbers.

I did what you said and keep getting this:

This transaction has been declined. Please check card details and try again, or contact your bank for assistance (PT-530)

Now there is nothing wrong with my card it is all up to date even the payments.

So why won't it go thru?

If I remember correctly, you need
- the card number (e.g. 1234567890001234)
- card type (Visa, ...)
- expiration date of the card (e.g. 05/2011)
- security code (e.g. 111, three or four digits, depends on the card type)

Have you entered all these informations correctly?

Yes I did, everything was filled in correctly and I even logged in to the site to purchase it. I am going to bed now it is late here, will check back tomorrow.

I think the best way to sort it out is call your bank directly and ask them about it.
Is this the first game you buy from us or have you already bought some in the past (using the same card)?

To answer Indy, I did call the bank and everything is good. I did purchase Laxius Force II with the same card back in June of this year. I don't know why it won't go through, so I purchased it with e-check,
