Hi,
should I add some indications on SurferGranny's maps?
Would you like it better and do you think it would spoil the exploration?

Don't think it would spoil me anything else, given I've gone through the game several times!!!
That's almost like a fully visual walkthrough, no? BigFish forum people might go crazy with joy over it!

No, I thought you were going to post it there!
I think most players here have got it covered but of course it would be a nice way to check if we missed something!
What exactly are you thinking? Numbering locations and then add a description for each of them, kinda like some of the walkthrough parts for LP1? Are you really making a walkthrough for one of your own games?

Hmmm I dunno yet lol
I can't post anything at the BFG forums, it's against their forum rules.

The beauty is that you can, just not as a direct link!

I have a feeling BFG is getting mad at me

. I keep referring people here, and singing the Grand
Cartier's maps, as well as you're talents, Indy. I have yet to tell them what an incorrigible Trickster you
are....don't want to scare them

In regard to the maps, I think you should put the
indicators. People who come here to see the maps are usually frustrated already, so this site will get the reputation of "having the answers" when BFG doesn't!! Then, once they come here, they may not leave and they'll buy the games from you first!!!

I am in definite agreement that it will help a a lot of people. Not so much the regulars who have already finished the game but a lot of the new people coming over from BFG and Amaranth, etc. The problem is that Amaranth has a lot of help with Admins/Moderators and people have become really spoilt with the expectation that annotated maps are available so soon after the release. Maybe that is something to think about Indy with Millenium in the future?
Also I think it would be really useful to have a frequently asked question section (as Amaranth do) that is locked and we can refer people to rather than having to answer the same questions repeatedly. Just a thought for efficiency and to save everyone's time, people do expect a lot of hand holding unfortunately. I realise there is one already but its title BOTM (not everyone knows what that is) it should be more comprehensive and right at the top. Another humble opinion.

Actually, I came across these games BECAUSE of Amaranth, and no, I don't think Amaranth "spoils" us gamers on their site - they just realize some of their customers are not as good as all of them, and therefore make help available for all levels of players from very very newbie all the way up to other programmers. And, yes, I do like their system. I've bought every game they sell, knowing that if I get overly stuck somewhere, I *CAN* seek help.
This is the first game I've bought here, however, and I have to say - while extremely interesting, I do dislike immensely the fact that neither the big fish walk through nor the walk through here, explain clearly that there are certain places where things HAVE to be done in a very SPECIFIC order, otherwise the next part of the game doesn't unlock and you're permanently stuck if you don't start over from the beginning. I've restarted 4 times now. And, I think I've hit another one of those stops, but.... neither walk through tells me that, nor offers help as to what step I might have missed. Thus me registering and posting.......
I'm stuck in the ancient temple. I've found 3 of the 6 pillars, but I can't *GET* to the third one to activate it, and can't find the other 3 rooms at all. Better maps, please???? PLEASE????? PLEASE???? I'd seriously be willing to buy a map with the directions to/from room to room within the temple (I'd almost be willing to pay more than I paid for the game, I'm that desperate) I've been stuck in the temple for 6 HOURS of searching, and if I have to restart them game again, I'm seriously swearing off your company and never buying another game here!!!!! Its just too frustrating!

Hi, I think you are very close to completing the game now, so you should be fine.
I don't remember the exact directions though so let's wait for someone with great knowledge of the game like Dee, D-Squall or Ladybug to give you proper directions.
(welcome btw)
