Hi, I have played and replayed the Laxius Force games I, II, and III, and a few other Aldorlea games over the years. I'd love to know what your favorite games are from this site?

For me it would be the Laxius Force series 1, 3 and 2 in this respective order. The Millennium games comes close with 1,2, 5, 4 and 3 in this order, as 1 being my favorite from the series.

Good picks IMO. A lot of the most epic ones are in there.
What about Witch Hunt and Little Hearts? Both pretty epic and "sizeable".

Big preference towards the two main (ahem, only) series I made.

Although stand-alone games are great too, a series of games helps making me getting attache to the world, characters and story, and the Laxius is even stronger since it began on the Power series. But to mention stand alone games, for me it would be The Book of Legends, Asguaard, 3 Stars of Destiny and Odessa... Tale of a Common Man also has a special place in my heart since it has a nice cast of characters and a touching story.

I'm glad to see Odessa in there. I thought, similar to CM, it had a nice cast and a touching story too (if a bit harsh but well, I'm generally harsher than Kes).

I haven't been able to play many due to lack of time, but the few I have bought I liked Laxius Force 2 and Maiden.

I'm surprised by the Laxius saga how veteran it is, I would like to play the complete saga in the future. (And there are more games coming! +::sos )

Chronologically (as per events of the game, not releases)

3 Stars of Destiny
Laxius Power 1-2-3
Laxius Force 1-2-3
Fortress of Hell
Laxius Soul 1

with two more to come! +::wizard +::Thumbup

Maiden also has a sister game, Knightess +::shhhh +::Thumbup

Wow! I thought the saga started with Laxius Force xD Well, I'll keep it in mind. I admire you for having worked on a saga for so many years, possibly the RPG Maker game with the most sequels in history, right? Maybe some Japanese hidden game beats you hehe

Maiden looks cool, I'll have to check out the game you mentioned

Thanks!
I don't know if it has the most sequels of all rm games, some games could have tons of sequels especially if they are smaller games.

But the Laxius saga spans over two decades with a total of 9 (massive) games totaling something like 600 hours of playtime, so of course this is quite the achievement, I suppose 8)
One thing worth mentioning IMO is that all 9 games are tightly connected (actually follow each other and involve the same characters), so this has to be extremely rare, me thinks.

You're rock! You have made sure that everything is connected. It reminds me of Kingdom Hearts, it's the first example that comes to my mind, but all the games are important to understand the story and with the Laxius saga is the same, in fact, I thought I was playing the first game and it turns out that there were more games released before.

btw, I already mentioned it on Discord but I discovered the Millennium saga by chance and it looks very good. :)

Thanks :)

Yes all 5 games of Millennium and all 9 games of Laxius are connected.
I have two massive series whose episodes are all connected lol

Thanks to all who replied! This gives me a good list of new ones to try! I agree with everyone about the Laxius Force series being super fun and engaging to play. I've played many others listed, but got a good list of new ones!
