I'm supposed to avenge Leona's death and kill Thomas. Where do I find him?

The pdf version of the walkthrough has a map on page 72 that labels Thomas:

Well, shoot, I was afraI had screwed up this quest. I've already left the secret cult room and the map to it is no longer in my inventory. Guess I was moving too fast. . . I don't think I have a save to use, either. . . .
